Medicaid denial management and A/R recovery
Most behavioral health practices have money sitting in old denials and unworked claims. Every month it waits, some of it gets closer to the filing deadline. We find it, fix what caused it, and get it paid.
Free A/R review
We start with a free review of your open claims. You get a one-page summary of:
- what's still billable and hasn't been billed,
- what is close to its timely filing deadline, and
- which denials are worth correcting or appealing, and roughly what they're worth.
A Business Associate Agreement is signed before we see any patient information.
How we work denials
Triage by reason code. Every denial is grouped by its reason and remark codes, so we fix causes, not one claim at a time.
Correct at the root. Wrong plan, eligibility gaps, modifier or unit errors, diagnosis pointers, authorization issues and duplicate flags each have a specific fix. We correct the claim and the setup that produced it.
Resubmit or appeal. Corrected claims are resubmitted. Denials that need an appeal get one, with the supporting documentation the plan asks for.
Report the pattern. You get a short summary of what caused denials and what changed, so the same denials stop coming back.
Working alongside your team
You don't have to hand over all of your billing. Many practices keep their in-house biller and bring us in for the backlog and the denials no one has had time for. Others hand us the whole revenue cycle. Either way, you pay only 5.5% of what we actually recover, and your first 10 claims are free.

Frequently asked questions
- What does the free A/R review cost?
- Nothing. We review your open claims and give you a one-page summary of what's still billable, what is close to its filing deadline, and which denials are worth appealing.
- How do you charge for A/R recovery?
- 5.5% of what we actually recover, far below the 15–30% many recovery firms charge. If a claim does not pay, you owe nothing for it, and your first 10 claims are free.
- Can you work only our backlog?
- Yes. Many practices keep their in-house biller and bring us in just for old denials and unworked claims.
